There's a man that I loved,

who I really admired.

I recognize,

that we may be of different size.

Diverse beliefs and colors, too.

But when it comes to love,

it doesn't matter at all.

He may actually so mean to me,

without showing love as a friend.

But even if he is like that

I really like him so much.

fashioned neatly by God's own hands.

He created our country's clear blue sky,

rivers, lakes, seas and mountain high.

My black hair and brown skin,

perfectly baked by the sun.

I live happily with my parents,

brothers, sisters, - we are one.

Lolo, lola, uncles and aunts,

on fiestas we have fun.

I play FILIPINO games,

I Love FILIPINO foods.

I kiss the hand of my elders,

I bow to whom I respect.

To say goodbye or hello,

this makes me a FILIPINO

polite, respectful and true.

Me and my miserable love life

 My life in the world is so magical,

its always been critical.

There are times that is lonely,

there are times is happy.

I'm always been a kind of girl,

that hid my face just like a pearl.

But I'm gonna let it show,

its time to let you know.

I'm a girl who never cry in the combat,

person who was born to be loved and intact.

Some call me Diana, that's no time for love,

but the day I met him, I'm like a dove.

I told myself I've found someone,

but as time comes he loved someone.

I don't understand and its hard to overcome,

cause my only one.

Now I realized I can cry,

but I want it to be dry.
